"Shaunna was awesome. She met me at law school because I did not have time to go to her office, I never saw the inside of the office. She really caters to her clients needs. She even cleaned the floor before I moved in."

"She was a wonderful change for us and a very determined person. We both had almost given up on working with an agent to find a home we wanted to buy, then Shaunna came along and she didn’t give up on us. It took a long time but that was us, she stayed with us. I would like to call her a friend."

How Many People here fish or hunt?

Shaunna Durham answered:
I just want to say, if you like hunting Pheasants, go to a great place in Polk County called Luckiamute Valley Pheasants. lvpheasants.com They treat you great and can even supply you with dogs to assist in your hunting to make your experience a lifetime memory. It's a newer place to hunt, opened about 2 years ago. Check it out, it's great fun. - Tue Nov 4 2008, 21:34

Shaunna Durham answered:
You might want to know why auctions are risky. They are not always the only lean on the property. If you win a bid, you may have to pay the first lean holder much more money, making it no real deal at all. To find out if they have loans outstanding over and above the auction foreclosure, you will need to contact a title company. They will search it but they also charge for that service. It is much easier to buy it from the bank when they put it on the market, then your trusty Realtor can help guide and protect your intrests every step of the way. Too bad you aren't thinking Lane County, I have a great list on my website of REOs in this area that I keep updated. - Thu Aug 7 2008, 15:02

I ran across a guy that handles all sides of this type of transaction. His name is John Utley, Here is a little of what his website says:
"We specialize in selling real estate quickly and at top price using creative selling strategies. There is an alternative to the traditional sales methods and for sale by owner. We can help you sell no matter what situation you are in. Our programs work for all timelines. We do not charge commissions and/or fees because we are not traditional real estate agents.

If you need to sell your property (house, condo, townhome, duplex, tri plex, four plex, apartment building or other commercial property) a Divinity Properties advisor can help you obtain the highest possible selling price with minimal closing costs. We specialize in creating customized Lease Option solutions to meet your needs. "

Try this link. If it does not work Let me know and I will e-mail you a link. This is the first time I tried sending listing information this way, I hope it works. Keep in mind, all of these listings are in a park or on leased land.
