Liz, that you even question this shows you have boundaries and class. Out of respect for your Agent and to protect him from coming under scrutiny, please keep it at a professional level until you close on your new home. Good for you! You can have your cake and eat it too with proper timing, He will respect you for this. - Thu Nov 6 2008, 09:09

Trendgraphix.com tracks sales in grids, towns, areas, price ranges, dates and types of listings and will graph the entire thing out for you. Absolutely a great site! - Wed Jul 23 2008, 22:49

Thank you for making our job more pleasant by having a home in show able condition. It is a delight to show a home that is ready to be shown. Now that the market is tightening up, the more professional/successful agents look forward to the non-professional agents going on to their next career. It's a natural weeding process, and with Washington's new forms and new distressed housing constraints, we will be culling further. Within the last several years our MLS posted such things as "please turn the lights out", "please lock the doors when you leave", "please make sure the cat is in/out when you leave". The fact that the postings were even necessary is an embarrassment to the Real Estate Industry. Inconsideration is everywhere from the 'me first' drivers to the 'it's all about me' mentality. No excuse - you deserved a call, and I'm sorry you didn't receive one. - Wed Jul 23 2008, 22:43

Hi Tobias! If past is a good reflection of Future, then now is a great time to buy in Spokane. The ONLY price decrease recorded since 1983 was a .08% decrease in 1999 (when the world was coming to an end as we knew it....) Spokane is a bubbling brook - never up very far, never down very far. Interest rates are still around 6%, there is more money in down payment assistance programs than there has been, and more inventory to choose from. I think it's a great time to sell, and a great time to buy. In fact, I just purchased a new home. You are buying either way, by paying someone else's mortgage or your own. - Thu May 22 2008, 18:58
