About Me
Sonoma County is my home; I have lived and worked here most of my life. I have lived other places but always had that "I'm home feeling" as soon as I cross the Golden Gate Bridge to the beautiful Wine Country.

My background includes a degree in Accounting, but I have always gravitated to Marketing it is because I need to be interacting with folks that is when I am at my best, I learned my negotiating skills as a Buyer for a medical device company, after company lay-offs, I choose the career that I wanted to do since college, Real Estate! I attended Santa Rosa Junior College and graduated with honors with a Certificate in Real Estate.
Being in Real Estate is natural to me, I love to serve people, to own a home is a great accomplishment and being a part of other people’s dreams is special.

I never forget the anxiety of purchasing my own home, the questions, the unknown, the big investment and finally how to afford it. I am still a homeowner, I got through it and I did it as a single mom. I am now married, my husband is a Licensed General Contractor and he is a big help in my business, we have partnered up and he can help with repairs and fix up home that needs to sale or when buying a foreclosure they are usually in need of repair he offers a complete package along with my services.

I recognize the fact that you have a choice in real estate agents, and I am committed to earning your business through professional, highly personalized service to meet your family's needs. I feel customer service is a lost art and I am here to remind you of what customer “service” really means. I am committed to making your home buying or selling experience the most rewarding, stress-free process possible. I build my business on referrals. My goal is to build lasting relationships and long time clients! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or e-mail!
Testimonials
""Teresa Hoffman-Singh helped us buy our first home last year. She went out of her way to show us attractive, affordable homes in the areas we chose. She worked hard with the other real estate agent and seller to get us the best price for our adorable home. Teresa also had contacts in the loan, title and home inspection businesses so she was able to offer us a full package of home-buying services. Teresa is honest, hardworking, smart and courteous and you can trust her to find you the best home for the best price. I will use her again when we want to sell this house. ""

I have to agree with the other Real Estate Pros. I was single for quite some time, I lived in the Montgomery Village area, close to downtown, but a cute bunglow style home. Another place I am thinking of is Windsor Town Greene, cute area, nice condos over shops. Quiet in the evening but bustling over the weekend. There are several nice areas to live in here in Sonoma County, the biggest question is what is your style? Do you see yourself in a condo, or a craftsman, or a newer home? The best way is to drive through neighborhoods, sometimes after hours, see the activity. I worked with a single lady who moved here from Los Angeles area, she wanted to be downtown Santa Rosa, I had her contact the police department to see what they thought of the area. She still lives there and is happy as a clam! - Thu May 8 2008, 09:10

Banks are slow to respond because when a house is in a short sale situation, they still show the amount owed on the books as "paper they are carrying" which makes it still looks profitable to investors. Once in foreclosure, it is bad debt, and a quick sale can get some of the bad debt off their books. - Thu May 8 2008, 08:56
