About Me

I am a lifelong Seattle resident with deep roots in Magnolia and Queen Anne. I attended Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington. After growing up on Queen Anne my wife Jennifer and I have lived in Magnolia since our marriage in 1985. Our three boys all attend local schools and are active in youth activities. I have a tremendous amount of real life experience in the community.
My Philosophy
By understanding the importance of selling or purchasing a home, I am committed to making the process very clear and understandable. I am sensitive to the fact that most clients will only go through this process a few times in their lives and they need someone to help them through it. I want it to be as pleasant an experience as possible, so that when it is completed you know that you have had an agent that got the best for you, while removing hurdles along the way. My goal is to facilitate a smooth buying or selling experience.

Community
As our future, I have been committed to work with youth on Magnolia and Queen Anne since 1982. My passion is coaching youth soccer and Little League baseball and I have been active in Bethany Presbyterian Church on Queen Anne.

I am curious as to what this forum thinks the impact of the loss of the viaduct will be on the housing market

It will impact traffic in so many ways that the close in city Neighborhoods will be very desireable. I don't know how all that traffic is going to get through the city. We were at Whistler in BC this weekend and going through the middle of downtown Vancouver on a Sunday afternoon was a mess I can only imagine what rush hour is like. - Tue Aug 26 2008, 10:18

Dan, I just read through all the answers and was surprised that no one asked where are you moving from. It makes a difference if you are coming from an expensive market where the sticker shock in Seattle
