East Brunswick, along with South and North Brunswick, are excellent choices. As far as price goes, in this market sellers are much more negotiable. There are also a lot of short sales and lender owned properties available that can be a little less expensive. Sayreville, which is where I live, is also a great choice. If you like, you can e-mail me what you are looking for and your price range. I can than e-mail you with homes that meet your criteria. - Thu Aug 28 2008, 08:56
If you are looking to live in the house rather than buying for investment reasons the time to buy is when you find the right home. Mortgage rates are still good and since we are in a buyers market there is a lot of negotiating room. When you find the right home you will know it and assuming that it is in your price range that is when you should consider making an offer. - Fri Aug 22 2008, 11:31
The most recent sale was for $282,000 on July 30th. There are 5 on the market right now. If you have any more questions I would be happy to help. - Wed Aug 20 2008, 13:07
