About Me
My primary market place is the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. I have been selling real estate in the Bay communities since 1978 and recently presented with the 2006 REALTOR® of the Year award.
As an East Bay Native I first hand knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods I service and their uniqueness. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, have my Certification as an Accredited Sellers Representative, Residential and Seniors Specialist in to better serve my clients. I serve as a Director for our local association and California Association of REALTORS® .
I have extensive knowledge in negotiating, contracts and Real Estate law. Giving back to the community is important in my business philosphy.

Unless you negotiate for a living I would definately have a professional represent you. The builder is a negotiator and will certainly working on their own behalf. they do this for a living to make a profit! Good luck in your decision and remember what Cindi said to please Google the person you are considering.

You definately want to be represented by a Realtor as they will negotiate on your behalf. Many times you can negotiate upgrades much easier than price. Your Realtor will be compensated by the buidler and you need someone working on your behalf. Good luck.

As Realtors we suscribe to the Code of Ethics and our best direction would be to check with the Pittsburg PD for crime statistics in the area.
