I'd like to add that both communities at Positano - Cantara & Salerno have great homesites (views from Tower Room, close proximity to future park etc - Location, Location, Location) ready to move in for the December 2008 timeframe.
Priced to appeal (without sticker shock), open to a dialogue, plus a holiday package with Washer, Dryer, and Refrigerator definitely presents a nice opening for a serious buyer who'd like to have a winning conversation.

Cantara
2242 sq ft - 3027 sq ft approx
Salerno
2747 sq ft - 3565 sq ft approx.
I would highly recommend visiting these 2 communities since they currently have some year end inventory ~ December 2008 timeframe - Just in time to get you moved in for the Holidays + great incentives on these December move in homes.
The Portofino homesite has great views from the Towers Room and all the 3 homesites available are in close proximity to the future park slated to be built out close to the Cantara community.
Also, nice cul de sac locations available at the Salerno community ready to move you in the December timeframe. Did I mention their Holiday Gift Package which promises to include the Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator? And incentive pricing on the homes!

Hope you're having a great weekend! George shared some insight on what a recent Santorini Plan#2 was listed for - it has subsequently gone pending along with the Plan#3 that was available for the December 2008 delivery timeframe.
The only plan currently available is a Santorini Plan #1 being offered at a very inviting price, framing on the home is done, the lot is flat with no slope, nice views, and french doors at specific locations, delivery approximately 1st quarter of next year.
Subsequent releases at Santorini will see more Plan 2 being released. The estate style homes are very appealing - the prices & incentives have gone through a few iterations & combinations - and will continue to evolve.

I see that your question relates to Windemere - however, I wanted to apprise you of another option to consider at the moment: Gale Ranch - there is a community close to winding down & selling out that is offering great incentives on their December 2008 move-in homes with nicely loaded upgrades - some including hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, & more.
