"Being just 23, with all my friends renting and no one close to me able to guide me through buying a first house, it seemed like more of a long term goal, or even wish, than something achievable now. There is a lot of anxiety attached to real estate, the current market situation, and just finances in general when it is not your area of expertise. All the terms, risks, and rules can be a bit overwhelming like trying to understand a second language without and interpreter or teacher. Then FAM/Noble Eagle happened. With Noble Eagle Realty, I didn’t just feel like just another client looking for a place, and they didn’t feel like just another agent looking for a commission. I was treated with the utmost respect with one on one attention and felt like my individual needs/wants mattered. There was a feeling of trust and understanding right from the start. All the different aspects of buying a home were thoroughly explained step by step and each part of the process was a smooth transition that left me feeling good about my decisions, never skeptical or uneasy. The way I was mentored, guided and educated through the whole thing is priceless. Not only have I successfully bought my first home, I have learned so much along the way. I feel like I know the basics enough now to be able to help another first time buyer. To at least be able to point them in the right direction and tell them of my experiences and what I’ve learned. Then there’s the major added bonus of making a military family’s dream of owning their first home come true by adding to FAM’s grant program automatically with the purchase of my place. I feel so fortunate to have had the privilege of working with FAM/Noble Eagle not only because my goal has been reached, but I am helping others reach theirs. It is a true “win-win” situation with this organization and I couldn’t be happier."
