About Me

Hello
I am a Real Estate Professional here in St. Petersburg Pinellas County Florida.
I love to assist buyers and sellers with buying or selling homes or condos here in St. Petersburg.
This part of Florida is my favorite. There are so many fun things to do , the beaches are wonderful and the weather is great.
What more can you ask for?
About 14 years ago I made a job out of my passion and started to work in Real Estate.
Again, I absolutly love it. Both sites of it, working for buyers or sellers.
You meet a lot of interesting people and don't have to sit in an office all day and my absolut favorite part
is the negociation of a deal.
For me it is a great job, I can use all my energy and it is very rewarding to me when my clients find their dream home.
Since I am one of these people that constantly wants to learn something new and stay ontop of new marketing ideas and keep up with the ever changinf real estate market and always learn new communication skills, I have earned a few designations over the years

Well, it will be different that is for sure. When you ask about competitive I don' know what area you are referring too. But Saint Petersburg in general is very laid back and easy going. If the sun is shining 360 days out of the year, it has an impact on your live.

The drop in value is very different from area to area, from city to city, even within a neighorhood. Check sold listings on public records for your area or maybe you can find a Realtor or an appraiser that is nice enough to help you out and do some comps for you. - Sun Nov 9 2008, 16:58
