I believe St. Augustine is one of the best-kept secrets in Florida. I moved here in 1994 to attend Flagler College. I graduated with a B.A. degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Spanish. I taught in the St. Johns County School District for seven years where I was honored as Teacher of the Year for Crookshank Elementary. My educational experience has provided me with communication and relationship building skills that parallel the qualities of a successful real estate professional. My goal is to assist others in finding the ideal property unique to their needs and desires. Whether that is taking advantage of a lucrative market or searching for your dream property at the beach, along the water, or on the green, I would be happy to help. I moved to St. Augustine in 1999 and now proudly call it my home. I graduated with high honors from Flagler College with a B.A. in Business Administration, Fine Arts, and Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising. This unique combination of skills has greatly assisted me in my real estate career. I am involved in many leadership roles in the community and enjoy getting to know my fellow St. Augustine citizens, as well as being a part of several professional organizations. I hold the designation of Graduate of Realtor® Institute (GRI), which is deemed the "masters program for REALTORS®". I also completed the "ePro" designation in 2006, which allows me to better excel in the area of technology pertaining to the filed of real estate. These skills assist me in helping people reach their real estate goals, whether they are interested in investing in this great market, or searching for their dream oceanfront home. I would like the opportunity to get to know you and your individual dreams.

We specialize in residential real estate transactions, including listing properties and working with buyers as Single Agents. We've closed numerous 'short sales' and can handle dealing with single family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family units, vacant lots & land, and even investment properties.
