Hey Wangchuk,
The original owners defaulted on this property at what looks to be a mortgage of $581,485. The bank was able to reacquire the property back at $240k and have listed it for sale at the current price you see now.
There are a lot of similar homes in that area comparable in price. If you need anymore information on foreclosure inventory in the area, let me know.

Hey Peggy,
You really should talk to a few lenders when you are getting ready to think seriously about buying a home. There are a few reasons: First, you need to know what are your options with different loan programs. This can be determined by your credit score, amount for you down payment, and amount for your deposit. Another important reason is to see what your payments will be at different loan amounts. That will dictate the amount we are shopping for when you are ready to comfortably start looking.

Trulia as with a lot of search engines are not linked to MLS directly so they need to be uploaded by your Realtor. It is fairly simple and should only take a few minutes. I'm sure your agent will be happy to do it. With so many internet feeds these days, it can be easy to forget sometimes to post to all of them.

I have been the Top Producer for my office for the past 4 years and was awarded "Realtor of the Year" for 2007. I have also been awarded the Sonoma County Spirit award, The Governor's Certificate, State Assembly Notice of Recognition, and the Senate's Notice of Recognition all for community involvement.
My weekends and evening revolve around my children. I have an 8 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. Between Balet classes, baseball classes, dance recitals, PTA events and a host of pets to take care of, I have found that my interests consist of a nap and an occasional late night movie!
When the coast is clear though, I do enjoy a good tennis game, swimming, and a motorcycle ride to Sonoma.
