Hi Brandon. I would suggest looking into all three of the neighborhoods and around the homes that you might be interested in. First, go to the places that you might enjoy- restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and so on. Get a feel for the area you like best. Drive through the area both during the week and weekend, day and night. Do you enjoy the water? Do you like the bay or the lake? What will your commute be like? Try driving to and from work in the areas. I hope this helps. I preferably like Webster :) - Sun Jul 13 2008, 21:03
You should weight the listing price with the repairs that are needed to the home. If the work was completed, would you have more money in the home than it is worth? Does the listing price reflect the work that is needed? Are there features in the new home that you really desire? If it is worth it to you to set forth for the new home- then go for it! - Sun Jul 13 2008, 20:54
