When you work with a Realtor, they can simply check the tax record. This is public information and is available 24 hours per day.

Now determining when it will come on market is entirely another subject. Only through a bit more serious research can a Realtor help you find the answer.

It would appear according to you profile that your the seller.

In this case, you should contact your Realtor to ask this question. There may be contractual obligations to the buyer, since you are in contract. Without understanding what paperwork you have signed and agreements you have made it will be very difficult for anyone to provide a clear answer.

If your Realtor is unable to provide a good answer or you feel that they are not sure, ask the Realtors Broker. The Broker should be able to provide a clear understanding of your obligations.
