You should have a buyer's agent working for you to find properties that meet your criteria. Call me to schedule a consultation. - Thu Nov 13 2008, 06:18
This is a problem for an attorney. We cannot give out legal advice. I would, however, contact the bank and let them know you have not authorized this. - Wed Nov 5 2008, 17:21
Once the properties are foreclosed on they are listed with a realtor, it may take the bank a little while to do this, but they will not sell it directly. Realtytrac has no inside info in RI, prior to foreclosure, the property must be advertised for 3 consecutive weeks(some in the Projo, some in local papers). The advertisement is the first announcement of foreclosure, it does not need to be recorded with the court as in other states. - Tue Nov 4 2008, 17:06
