Here are some cold hard facts. Real Estate has never gone down in value over a 10 year period.
Interest rates are low, prices are low. Prices continue to fall, and inflation keeps pushing the interest rates up. What you save in the purchase price of your home, you will end up paying montly in interest. If the house you're wanting to buy, is selling for less than it was two year years ago, you're getting a good deal. Real estate continues to be the most secure long term investment.
