About Me
We specialize in residential real estate marketing, sales and development and offer relocation services for Raleigh, NC and the surrounding area. Our clients include homeowners, home buyers, land developers and home builders. Our mission is to elevate our clients to become better home buyers and sellers utilizing our knowledge of the local real estate market, construction practices and extensive negotiating skills. Going beyond the sale, our clients enjoy our personal relationships with home builders, mortgage lenders and other service professionals.

Our areas of expertise include all of RTP, Wake County, Southern Franklin and Southern Granville Counties and Johnston Counties. We have also enjoyed success in Chatham County between Pittsboro, NC and Chapel Hill.

Thanks for your response, Wendy. I use TARR and Metrostudy on a regular basis for data and Inman, Bloomberg, etc... for news. I am familiar with FM tools as well and use them from time to time.

Life downtown is what it is. Like Roger's answer, Oakwood has a lot to offer and LNR's redevelopment project in swing, more is coming. Blount Street Commons will bring significantly more traffice to the area along with condos, townhomes, renovated and restored homes new retail space.

The approach I recommend is to look at the price you plan to spend and see where that will put you. Then consider where the growth is and what it will offer you. The right decision will be one you will enjoy and likely appreciate nicely when Blount Street Commons moves toward completion. - Fri Sep 19 2008, 08:23

Looks like you are under contract on a house and 4 acres. If this is not what you want then engage an attorney to review the contract for you and explain what your options are. Without knowing the details of your purchase agreement and personal situation, I have little to go on accept to say that a real estate attorney will be your best resource.

An important thing to keep in mind about contracts: 1-They are entered into in good faith 2- intent matters, and 3- the writing on the page is is the ultimate rule. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 15:17

Without spending too much time doing research...I'm going to tow the hard line here and say you are probably $25k over priced. They are assuming they have appreciated over 5% per year and that is just not happening with this pricepoint in eastern wake county these days. - Wed Jul 30 2008, 15:43

List it for rent with a large management firm and with an agent for sale at the same time. Smithfield should be seeing better days with the new 70 Bypass opened now.

Enjoy Charlotte! I was there for 7 years and loved it. Buzz me if you need help there because I work closely with a really good agent there.
