If you have already found a house while you were out looking around, then you may want to contact a real estate agent who can represent you as a buyer's agent when it comes to purchasing a home. A buyer's agent will represent your best interest throughout the home buying process, assist you in finding the best financing options for you, and handle the negotiations for the best price for the property.

Good Morning Richard:

Pull up your listing where you want to enter in an OPEN HOUSE. Once the listing is up, look at your listing contact info box located to the right of the screen you will see a place to tell Trulia about an Open House. Click on that area and it will be sent to them by email and they will add it in to the remarks.

I find the best way to announce OPEN HOUSES is to put it in the remarks section when you add the listing in to Trulia.
