I know the potential headaches involved with a move. Relocating can be one of the most difficult challenges a family faces. I want to take as much difficulty out of the move as possible. After all, that's my job and I love doing it. Also with my fluent Spanish I can help in tough bi-lingual home buying contract negotiations.

Why no pictures of the house interior? Please send some. I'd like to see or at least learn more inside house.

Morning Di,
There are many reasons why no picture of the inside of the house.
Sometimes the house does not look good inside, the house its occupied, the realtor wanted to put the house on the MLS as quick as possible and took a picture of the outside of the house and will go back to take the pictures of the inside when the owner get it ready for picture time.
If you are working with a realtor, obviously not or you will be asking him/her this question, your realtor can go inside and get those pictures and email them to you.

I found 4 properties with the criteria you provided and the prices range from $249,000 to $1,150.000
All depends on what type of canal do you want, canal access, just canal view, salt watercanal, fresh water canal, etc.

I have to agree with Bill, Venice would be the place to look more into. It’s a beautiful town, close to the beach, beautiful homes and good neighborhoods. Lots of side walks in the neighborhoods to enjoy bike rides with the family.

Hello Ron,
What type of waterfront are you looking for? Just canal, canal with access, access to gulf, river, lake, etc.
I will recommend either Punta Gorda or Venice, they are both very nice towns and also we can find you good deals in a very nice neighborhood.
If you allow me, I can customize a relocation package for you with information on Venice and Punta Gorda. The package will have local info about hospitals, school districts, parks, chambers, etc. Just let me know I will send that to you at no cost.
