If the home is typical it is going to sit with all the other inventory and may never sale unless you take a large chunk of fthe offering price. It is a buyer's market because there are to few buyers and a surplus of homes for sale(new construction, resales,foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcy auctions. Ask yourself what sets this property apart from all the other 900 at the same price, same area, similiar floor plan. - Sun Jun 15 2008, 21:35

Everybody has different standards.This is something you will have to research and decide for yourself. Large fenced in yard verses best school verses snoody neighbors or loud neighbors. Check e-pilot for neighborhoods and drive around Friday or Saturday night. You may find out alot by researching the school zones. - Sun Jun 15 2008, 21:16
