Born and raised in Portland, I know our varied neighborhoods. My job, as your Portland, Oregon Realtor, is to guide your transaction through the 250 or more steps from offer to signing. As your real estate agent I will help you navigate the "transaction river" from our departure at financing through the inspection addendum, right up to a smooth docking at the escrow office while explaining every landmark along the way. Working as a team and with the power of RE/MAX behind us, your real estate experience will be safe and secure. Whether selling, buying or both: For Cottage Or Castle, Call Keith! Hi Ellie, one bedroom homes can take longer to sell, but you have to decide what your needs are. What is your life stage. Another factor is where in town the one bedroom is. Is it in the burbs or in the trendy Pearl District downtown. Many folks make the mistake of thinking of their home as a bank... that like magic you'll see amazing appreciation overnight. We all know thats not the case anymore. So decide if you will be there for a long time, or not. No home is a good investment in this market if you're leaving in a year or two, or you have an unstable job situation.
