Roxanne was born and raised in Fenton, Michigan. She returned to us on a West wind from Steamboat Springs, Colorado where she lived and worked with her community for 30 years.
During that time Roxanne worked in the Civil Engineering and Surveying business and enjoyed being an active member of the real estate community as a Broker Associate and Board Member on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.
Now residing in Pentwater with her husband Chris, she brings a wealth of knowledge in residential, commercial, and resort property. With a strong interest in community development and preservation Roxanne is happy to be home in Michigan with its forests, rivers and shorelines.
Roxanne is actively involved in the Pentwater Historical Society, Pentwater Woman’s Club and local and regional Real Estate events.
As a Top-Producing Broker for Coldwell Banker in Colorado, Roxanne earned many awards based on performance and community involvement. She has brought that spirit and knowledge with her to Colwell Banker Anchor Real Estate where she is proud to be a member of the Pentwater Team.
"Roxanne Wypych was very diligent and creative in helping my wife and I purchase a home in the Pentwater area. She found us our ideal location, physical attributes in the home and helped us negotiate the offer to a succesful closing."

It is importaint to get along with your Realtor, however, the nicest people are not always the best for the job. You really deserve a Realtor that will get your property SOLD. That does mean holding open houses and working Sundays. Possibly this person is successful enough to have an Assistant. In that case the assistant can sit the Open House and service you as far as their licensing and education allows.
You can give the Realtor credit for being honest with you. At least they did not promise and then NOT perform

Gwon, keep in mind you do get what you pay for. There are agents that will work for less. However, what part of their job do you want them to "not" do. A Good Real Estate Professional is worth their weight in commission so look at track records rather than commission dollars. You may save a lot more in the long run. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 08:22
Rentters are Great prospects in a Buyer's market. There are still quite a few good products available in the lending field and chances are your renters may not be 1st time homebuyers. People are changing their lifestyles and often renting to get more acquainted with a certain area. There is a good chance they will make an offer on the home they are renting! - Sat Jul 19 2008, 08:18
Residential - Being new to the Community myself I can be very sincere and objective about our market and the inventory.
Resort Property - One of the markets that will stay strong in down times. The value for leisure and family time is there and the people who can afford that time can afford those properties.
