Is Thousand Oaks a safe place to live? Are there a lot of break ins?

Thousand Oaks is large and diverse community. It has single family homes and townhomes. It is new and is fenced with a manned guard gate. You have to give your information to the guard before you can enter. ITs close to everything. - Wed Jun 18 2008, 11:18

I don't know if we have hit the bottom yet. It takes 6 to 8 months before that can be seen. But why wait, by the time we know we have hit bottom we are already starting back up. If you are buying for the long term there are terrific buys out there now. - Tue Jun 10 2008, 13:37
