Believer in keeping an honest business. I think that by doing this I will continue to grow my business and will be able to look back later in life and feel good about how I treated my clients. My wife Tracy, has recently received her license after working as my assistant. We decided it this would help serve our customers and clients better.
I was working as a field engineering for the past ten years and recently gave that job up to continue my real estate career. I very much enjoy working in the public and have zero regrets. I am a very driven person and look forward to serving you.

The best thing to remember is "Approach". You need to be as polite and sincere with everyone and try to get this resolved, if possible, in a very kind manner. You have a better chance if you keep your composure and keep asking and give them a good and honest reason as to why you need to back out of the contract. - Mon Jun 9 2008, 18:24
I agree that notifying an agent would be a good idea. You may be able to call into the main office of a local real estate firm. Explain to them what your needs are and ask them if they would mind assisting you or at least get you in contact with someone that is willing to provide you with this service.
If you know which company had the property listed - try calling that office and locate the listing agent. That person would be the best to speak with regaurding this matter.
Good Luck and have a great evening. - Mon Jun 9 2008, 18:02
I am sure that you have already done this, but I would continue to talk with as many loan officers as you can at this point. By doing this you will see that you may have other options and if you don't, you will at least feel better knowing that you were able to get opinions from others in that field of business. I would take this exact question to each and every lender and see what answers they will give you. Good Luck

We are located 20 minutes from Kentucky Lake and not far from Lake Barkley. I have another agent working with me so we both can assist you in locating what you need. If we need extra help in area that we do not specialize - we both can help by referring to you names of good agents. Hope this helps.
