About Me
Moved to Central Florida form New Jersey in 1997. I lived in a few different areas of the Orlando Metropolitan Area. I currently live in Mt. Dora and could not be happier. I needed to find a home with a 1B/1B for my 89yr old Dad. I have been selling Real Estate since 2002. I am a passionate reader and love to travel. I own a small home in Umbria that I will retire to when the time is right $.I graduated form the William Paterson University of N.J. with a BA in History and Poli/Sci. I have an inate ability to find you your perfect dream home, or a temorary residence. I know the area quite well and am very gratified when I find that special home for that special person. I worked for a new home builder for a time and know a qulity home when I see it. I always have time for you and you will have no regrets putting me on your team. I am also a lsiting agent and go beyond the norm in marketing your home.

Dear Mymy,

It is my opinion that Pine Hills has some issues. I would look at he crime stats as well as the trending down of property values there; as it is higher than in other areas of Orlando. If on the other hand you need to move there to be near someone, then that's a different story. I apologize if I have ruffled any feathers out there, and would like to reiterate that this is my opinion only. Best of luck.

Dear Diego,

I would prefer more information than you have supplied. There are a number of Investments in Central Florida at the moment, such as the new Med/Tech corridor not far from UCF. I do not know what type of personal involvment you are interested in, either passive or activ ie? Also what you would like as a good ROI and just do not say the highest, as that likely would not be the safest. I also do not know your tolerance for loss, or how much you are willing to invest. There are a number of apartment complexes for sale and with the housing market the way it is, that may be something to consider, but again we would need to speak to one another for me to give you any proffesional advice on investments. But Real Estate is very safe in the long run. I wish you much success. Matthew 352-573-9610 - Thu Oct 2 2008, 11:38

Louise, I suggest you do not tell everyone that it could take 2 weeks for a short sale offer to be accepted or denied. It could take as long as two months. I have sen this first hand.

:) Just a friendly FYI - Thu Sep 25 2008, 10:07

My suggestion to you is to find a reputable Realtor and have them do the leg work for you. There are a multitude of homes out there to satisfy anyones needs. Find a Realtor and stick with them until you find exactly what you want. - Mon Sep 22 2008, 11:48
