I am orginally from Illinois. Having lived in Central Florida for the past 9 years I have no desire to go back up North. I can honestly say I do not miss the Winters. There is something about watching the Capital One Bowl on New Years Day in 60-70 degree weather. I golf once a week all year round.
In the distribution business for much of my adult life and have always wanted to be in Real Estate hence my decision to change careers. I am glad the switch has been made because I certainly am enjoying myself. Most rewarding is helping both buyers and sellers acquire their dreams. There is a satisfaction at the end of each day knowing that my services have been above the norm and the customers are fulfilled. My service level has been and always will be better than the best!

The Lake Nona area is offering anticipated growth. Nemours Childrens Hospital, UCF School of Nursing, VA Hospital and Burnham Cancer Institute will all be in one concentrated area. In addition to a large outside shopping maul and new high school,middle and elementary schools have been and are still being built in the area.Now is the time to buy and you will be within the 30-40 minute drive of all Amusement Parks. Best of all you will be only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Only 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Look forward to hearing from you.

I live in a very solidly designed condo community by the airport. The properties feature 2/2 condos with a one car garage. They have views of either conservation area or the golf course. You have the choice of either an upstairs or downstairs unit. The complex also has a their own swimming pool. These condos are about 1350 sq.ft. These are located in an area that is going to have extensive growth in the very near future. You will get more bang for the buck in this area.
