What is the price range of the home? If you are close to the $300,000 range buyers are expecting granite. If you are already one of the most expensive in the area putting more money into the house is not usually a good idea. we are thinking of selling our home, however it has more square footage and is higher quality than the homes

How far South are you looking? The Nebraska MEdical Center and Clarkson hospital are at Dodge Street and 40th...I do sell Real Estate in the area, let me know a more specific area and I can help you with your questions.
