Were you looking for a home not older than 1985 and not smaller than 1500sqft? If so just let me know what price range you are looking in and any other criteria you desire and then I can email you off a list of properites. - Mon Sep 22 2008, 10:00
Ronald Weber answered:
Yes you can raise the price of your listing and in the past it was very common. But always ask yourself that if your home did not receive any offers at the lower price than raising the price is not always the best idea. - Sun Jul 20 2008, 10:25

How do I figure out what home I can afford in Jupiter?

Ronald Weber answered:
I would recommend establishing a relationship with a good realtor and lender. Hand in hand they both can guide you in the best direction for your next home purchase. - Tue Jul 15 2008, 11:36

There are 15 rentals currently available in the West Jupiter/Farms area. 5 of them are 2-3 bedrooms and are priced from $1400-$3500. If I can help you with anything specific, please let me know. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 13:49
Ronald Weber answered:
$1705.00 on a 30yr fixed at 6.5%. You will need to add to that estimated property taxes and insurance. You will also need to think about if there are any HOA fees and if mortgage insurance is needed if putting less than 20%down. I always would recommend getting a good faith estimate from a lender to get a more accurate qoute since there are many factors that affect the payment. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 13:32
