First and foremost I am sorry you are in this situation. Divorces can be sticky situations. I work with several banks on short sales and their bank owned properties. Maybe I can assist you. If your house may be foreclosed on, you definitely want to contact your bank immediately. Sometimes they will postpose your foreclosure date if you are trying to sell it. In the meantime, you should consult a loan officer to run your credit to see if you can qualify for a loan. You can contact me at anytime if you would like speak further.
