WHO IS THE SCHAFFER REALTY GROUP?

Our Company focuses exclusively on helping people locate their ideal home or property anywhere in the country. We are not a "local brokerage" firm, but rather a free consultant service which concentrates on locating the very best communities, development and neighborhoods for our clients. We have helped hundreds of clients from around the world work through the decision making process when moving, investing or purchasing in an area they are not familiar with. The advantage of working with a "referral firm" like The Schaffer Realty Group is that we have no biases to a particular area. We research all options within your search criteria and provide you with numerous choices. We then work with you to determine the very best property or home/investment property through the partnership of a local MSL agent that we have established a proven relationship with. These are the best agents in the area. Our services are free to our clients as we are paid a referral fee by the developer or MLS agent if you decide to purchase. We have a proven process, many years of experience and hundreds of clients from around the world.

"My wife and I would like to thank you for setting up our recent fly-down to the Hendersonville and Asheville areas to look over some of the developments you represent in that locale. The trip was most enlighting and will assist us greatly in our decision making over the next six months. The people that you put us in touch with at the various developments were a fantastic collection of people. They were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we found out as much as possible, not only as to their specific developments but to the entire surroundings as well. The towns of Hendersonville and Black Mountain both have much to offer. The development of Carriage Park shown to us by Bob Hanley was a great mature development and extremely interesting. As we indicated, it is probably the type of setting that is most attractive to us and thus a possibility. We will continue in our decision process over the next six months. Judy,
There are plenty of homes in FL available and surprisingly the bank owned homes are not always the best opportunities. I would recommend that you don't concentrate only on bank owned first, but rather on first deciding on the very best area in FL for you and your husband. It does not matter how much you pay for your home if you hate the area!

Go with your gut. 35 miles is not that big of a deal if she has been successful before, has a great reputation, and a good web presence. before you list your house, tell me about it. I have a customer looking in that area.
