We are moving to Nashville June 2009. We are thinking of Downtown condo vs Hillsboro Village. Any thoughts?

Hillsboro Village is a great area however Downtown Condo Market would be your best bet as far as finding a deal or holding on for investment purposes. If I were you I sell your home on your own , it would limit risk and you would be able to control the final sales price also if you are going to do this you need to have a real estate agent helping you so you don't get taken advantage of on a builders contract. - Sat Aug 23 2008, 19:51

Liz, You can't go wrong in Hillsboro Village and Sylvan Heights area. It's a buyers market so you should not have any issues but I would suggest gettin a buyers agent who has a investers background like my self to help you so you can be shown deals and not offer retail pricing. - Mon Aug 4 2008, 13:55
