About Me

Patsy has been a Collier County resident since 1957, after relocating from Ohio. She began her real estate career in 1968 and just as the Naples area has grown, Patsy too has expanded her knowledge and expertise in the industry. She has earned the Graduate Realtors Institute and The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and has served on various committees of both the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

During her real estate career she has been named both REALTOR® Associate of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and was elected president of NABOR for 1995. As president, she was made aware of community issues as well as state and national legislation that affect the industry. In 1997 she earned the prestigious Ad Miller Award for her work in preserving and protecting private property rights. Patsy has served on the Sales Associate Advisory Council for Coldwell Banker South East Region in 1999 & 2000. In April 2004 Patsy was selected to the Naples Board of Realtors® Hall of Fame.

Jeff,
If it were me I would be checking with the school board for new teachers looking for rental units, any of the hospitals looking for space for new employees, hotels are always looking for places for new employess and the Collier County Administration may have somebody for you. You may have to adjust the price of the rental considering how much competition you have.
