Can a condo be bought for $90000 in Bella Terra? Are the lower priced units in good shape? What are the fees?

Hi Nick,
There are not any as low as $90,000 but there are some that are close. I own in Bella Terra and it's a great community. There are some foreclosures at a great price in addition to the homes listed in MLS there is an auction on Sept. 23 that have condos that very well may be sold at 90,000 or less. As far as the fees go, they have not gone up much and right now the developer is supporting a lot of the cost(they'll be there for a while). I think your home will rent quickly, not only am I an agent but I own property in Estero that I've rented for 3 years without one day of vacancy. If you are looking to be close to the beach you should look in North Naples, there are plenty of homes that are within walking/biking distance and close to shopping & dining. The other thing to consider is that your taxes will be slighly less then in the City of Naples. With the exchange rate being so great for you right now it would be adventagous of you to come over & rent a property while looking for you vacation home.
