Truly passionate about her profession, Lynn is one of those people who takes the Realtor's Code of Ethics to heart. Ongoing education and volunteering for many committees for The Naples Area Board of Realtors has afforded her to be able to network with the best in her profession and those who support her clients. She is also very active with The Women's Council of Realtors and feels to be her best she needs to surround herself with the best.
Second homes are her specialty. She works tirelessly with those wanting to live full or part time in Naples and will do what it takes to find that special home.

I should complete my thought from previous post. AGENTS should never discuss commission rates. That is is considered anti-trust/price setting. You, as a consumer have every right to discuss the commission rate. Do your homeowork and find that agent you want to work with for the time your house is listed. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 05:09
Commission rates are never set or discussed. That is an anti trust issue. The best thing to do is if you like the agent you've interviewed, and I hope there is more than one, let your gut be your guide. The agent's job is to get the best price with the least amount of stress for you. I think one of the biggest mistakes buyers make is to "shop" for commission. If you were getting an operation, would you shop for the cheapest Dr.? You want a professional who will do the absolute best job for you. Don't kid yourself if you live in a neighborhood with a lot of like homes...agents to look at commissions. - Tue Aug 12 2008, 17:27
Sometimes the Clerk of Courts takes a while. Have your agent look it up on MLS. - Tue Aug 12 2008, 11:21
Why not? Just make sure it is all above board. I'd make sure I had a good real estate attorney and a good title company. - Sat Aug 9 2008, 03:38
Good question, that got me thinking. I would say data entry yes but field work no. In order to do "field work" you may have to take pictues inside and out. Gather data from visually looking at properties around the subject house and then gleaning the MLS to substantiate your date. That is where the rub comes in. We as Realtors shouldn't do work outside our area of expertise and I would think that goes for an assistant as well - especially field work. - Sat Aug 9 2008, 03:36
I would call the courthouse and the tax collector's office. You know they know who is coming and going! They can do regions or areas. - Fri Aug 8 2008, 14:12
