"Dear Trudy, My wife and I wanted to tell you of the wonderful experience we had working together with Cheryll Woods-Flowers. She is, without question, a great realtor and what I now consider to be a friend. Cheryll took on the task of selling our house after we had it on the market by owner for over 7 months. She also agreed to try and sell it within the very limited time constraint of six weeks. It turned out that she only needed two. The enthusiasm and hard work she exhibited were very refreshing, especially considering the time of year (January) we were asking her to do this for us. I would also like to point out that she was working with two people who at times were not quite sure what direction they wanted to take. She listened to our needs and concerns with sincerity and a genuine caring. She helped us to stay the course when it would have been easy to succumb to discouragement. We just wanted to let you know these things. Cheryll took what had become a wearisome process and breathed new life and a refreshing attitude to it. "Subject: Thank you Hi Cheryll, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I wanted to say "thank you" so much for the gift card. It could not have come at a better time. We were actually on our way to Lowe's/Home Depot when we got the mail and opened your card. What a kind gesture and one that you really didn't need to do. But thank you because it sure did come in handy!! We greatly enjoyed working with you. I know it may have been trying at times with us trying to find what we were looking for; and then Simon and I's conflict on what we wanted. But of all the time we spent looking for the house, it was most enjoyable having spent it with you. Thank you for helping our move to Charleston a great experience. You were so helpful, charming, and knowledgeable about the market. We are happy in the house; especially now that the boxes are pretty much gone (never thought that would happen)!! Maggie loves the yard and doesn't even want to come back into the house many times. The cats love watching the little lizards crawl around on the porch--I, on the other hand, don't love that!! :-) I know you are very busy with the business, but we really would love to have you over for dinner (Simon will cook, of course) when you have time. And of course, we'd love for you to stop by the wedding if you can. It's giong to be a lot of fun. I'm sending out invitations next weekend. Please don't feel obligated by any means. The wedding will be more casual and fun than anything, and we want to spend the day with people we enjoy being with. We'd love to see you if you can make it!
