Selling a home in this market can be a long, frustrating process. So it comes down to what your plans and goals are. If your home is your nest egg and you can wait the market out, that may be something to consider. If you are buying and selling in the same market than it is usually considered a wash, buy low and sell low.
All the best.

Hi Shelly,
In all areas it comes down to price. if you price your single family or condo at a price to get the highest price but also to keep potential buyers excited about your home, you will get it sold. In areas where condo's are hard to find, you will do better than if the market is flooded with them. But even if there is a lot of condo inventory, the right market price will get it sold. The best first step is to contact a full time experienced local Realtor to give you a detailed Market Analysis to find out what your home is worth.
All the best.
