I'm Jennifer Ayn Knight with Jobin Realty in Gaithersburg, MD. Though I've only been a Real Estate Professional for one year, I already know the trials and triumphs of home buying and selling. And though it's not always as easy as we imagine it to be, I love my profession because I have the opportunity to participate in one of life's greatest experiences: finding your home. Clients will quickly come to value my intuition, knowledge, patience and understanding. Whether you're new to the area, or that house you've been dreaming about for years just came on the market, let's work together on your next move.

I hope you're looking forward to your move. Maryland and the DC Metro area have so much to offer in the way of education, cultural activities, scenic park lands, shopping & fun. As a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, I can attest to the fact that there are so many options that will meet your criteria. I encourage you to research the Rockville area -- you'll find many subdivisions that will meet your needs: Rockland, Rockcrest, Twinbrook Forest, Manor Woods, Rock Creek Manor. You'll find 4 br homes with easy access to Rockville & Twinbrook metros, many directly on bus routes. If you're willing to consider townhomes, then look into Rockshire. Do research with the school board (link below) to see if the schools meet your needs.
If you would like me to send you some listings, I'll be happy to. This will give you an idea of the style and size of homes available.
Good luck with your search! & Welcome to Maryland. - Tue Jun 24 2008, 07:38
