I have been a Realtor since 2002 and have been with ReMax Westside for 4 of the last 6 years. I pride myself on being a full service Agent in every way. I walk through every step of the home buying process with each one of my Clients from our first conversation through to the days that they are settled in their new home. I love to keep in touch with my Clients long after we close a deal by having Client Appreciation gatherings, mailings, phone calls and emails. Knowing that my Clients and their families are thriving in their new home is very important to me. I would never put any kind of pressure on a Client, I strive to make the home buying process as stressless as possible. I do not over extend myself in my business, so that I can devote full attention to what my Client needs. Listening to people's needs and desires for their home comes naturally to me and I truly love what I do.
I hold a designation of Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, which means that I am qualified to assist you in finding and purchasing the right home. I use all methods of technology available to find your future home or sell your current one.
I am a member of Cobb County's Million Dollar Club with sales over $2.5M in 2006. 2008 brings lots of oppurtunities! I am currently the Career Enhancement Coordinator for all three of our ReMax Westside offices. Finding quality Agents is a challenge that I enjoy and have brought on many Agents who are enjoying the perks of being a ReMax Agent.
I look forward to having many new Clients to spend time and energy with in finding them the perfect home.
I am very active with the Cobb Association of Realtors as the Co-Chairperson for the Community Care Group which raises money, awareness and volunteers for various organizations in Cobb County. I am also very active in my church and my Home Owners Association. West Cobb Business Association is another group that I work closely with in networking and also raising money and awareness for places such as Calvary Children's Home in Cobb County.

Hi there,
I happen to have a listing coming on the market in Oakley Downs (Goodwood dr.). The townhouse is multilevel and is not in great shape right now. My Investor has purchased and is going to completely redo the inside and outside. It will be priced below others for sale in the neighborhood but will look better than anything else in there once its done. One good/bad thing about the neighborhood is that there is no HOA which will save you money every month, but it also does not restrict home owners from letting their houses look trashy. So far, all the houses look pretty good in there, no wild colors and no lawns being over run with weeds. If you would like to keep in touch, please feel free to visit my website and contact me. You can search from there and I can set you up with a personalized search as well. Thanks for the interest! - Mon May 5 2008, 14:01
