Thank you for clicking! I am Realtor for Intero Real Estate Services. My success has been a result of providing my clients with quality service. I am full time Realtor who is available 7 days a week. Most of my business has been focused in Silicon Valley. I have lived in the area since 1989 and know it well. I provide not only years of experience in this industry but pride myself in providing a wealth of information before, during and years after any transaction to both buyers and sellers. I feel that being a Realtor is not just helping people buy and sell homes it is providing them with information. Whether that is information on the market, trust worthy contractors, school information, short sales vs. foreclosures and much more.
My business is based on referrals. So my goal is that those who work with me always know that I have their best interest at heart and work with integrity and treat every transaction as if it were for myself.
Any Realtor can buy or sell a home. But it takes a well trained professional to provide quality of service, education and great financial value to your investment. Not to mention ..........Have a great time doing so!
"I am a very satisfied client, so it should not be too difficult to tell you why!
You were so easy to work with, you listened intently on what I wanted and was looking for and you worked hard to find it for me. I trusted you right away when I saw how hard you worked, how you followed through with everything you said you would do, and you never stopped looking. You were patient with me as I figured out what I was looking for, since it took me awhile to find out for myself. You never hestitated to make an offer, even though you thought we may not have had a chance on a property. You worked hard for me and it paid off. I am happy to recommend you to my friends and coworkers"

Lisa Huse's Questions (1)
My suggestion is to have your agent do a full (CMA) report on the property so you can see what they have been selling for and the history of what they used to sell for , how long it has been on the market along with considering the current conditon etc. There are many things that you look at when coming up with the value of a property and its potential growth in your investment. This protects you from paying too much and/or getting surprises later when in the middle of a transaction.
This will help you determine a price that makes sense. The beautiful thing about being the buyer is that the service of a professional Realtor is of no cost to you and is one of the best ways of getting an idea of the value of the home and its history. If you don't have a Realtor I honestly think that should be your first step. I promise you, its not just because thats what I do for a living but its the best way of protecting yourself. Think of it as if you were going to court you would want someone who knows the law to represent you, so you hire a lawyer. We are specialists in Real Estate so we are educated in protecting people in the purchase or sale of their home. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 10:30
HI Devin,
In addition to the answers below feel free to go to my website and take a look at some of the listings in those areas. If you have any questions I am happy to set up a time to speak with you further to get a full grasp of what you are looking for and your lifestyle vs. areas etc. Congrats!

I suggest speaking and/or meeting a couple of different agents and asking them their experience with these properties and how they work with buyers in general. Its important to not only find an agent with the information your looking for but that will still be working in your best interest and educating you throughout the process. Most of us who work full time in Real Estate are not only familiar with but have access to upcoming listings that are REO properties. - Mon Jul 14 2008, 15:33
HI Peter,
You will not have a fee. The wonderful part is that there is no cost to the buyer. Your agent would be paid from the seller once you purchase a property. I encourage you to talk to a couple of different agents and see who you "click with" and see how they work with their buyers. One way to meet different agents is to go to open houses. You can speak with them briefly and then its best to set up a separate time to interview. I would be happy to discuss things with you further. I will also be holding open a home on Ann Arbor in Cupertino this Sunday actually - Wed Jul 2 2008, 11:51
HI Evelyn,
If you have not chosen your Realtor I would be happy to help out. Not only putting you in touch with an agent in the Merced area I know but also helping you with your options for financing. I have a strong team of people I work with from lending, preparation for sale, and ,who would work with you throughout each step of each process and in finding your new home that best suits your needs. I am available to my clients 7 days a week. Feel free to contact me any time.
