I am a Realtor.....on Realtor.com.....how do I place my information on Trulia?

Kyle @ Trulia answered:
Hi Andrea,
Kyle from Trulia here - On Trulia.com in the upper right hand corner there is a link that says "Create an account", click that link and follow the steps. It is easy, free, and a great way to market yourself.
The link below is an example of how your profile can look. Take some time and fill out the different areas like Testimonials. Ideally this profile will serve as an online resume and help drive business your way.
Here is a link where you can learn more about branding your listing with your photo and contact info.

Hi Paula,
Kyle from Trulia here.
I am on a nationwide crusade encouraging agents to use Trulia Voices. I deliver weekly webinars and presentations talking about the value. I understand the results of using Trulia Voices may be hard to quantify or measure initially. As you may know quite a few agents a generating steady business just from Trulia Voices.
When agents ask me this question in my training sessions "is it worth the time..." here are a few anecdotes I share.
- Trulia Voices is a great place to communicate online, in the offline world, if someone asked you a question chances are you would invest a small amount of time with them 1 on 1. I am willing to bet that you would spend between 5-10 minutes with a stranger answering their question...online however, Trulia Voices helps you scale and leverage you knowledge to thousands of potential readers.
- Building your referral network online takes time. There are several free resources available online to help you do this. As the Trulia Voices community grows and expands more buyers and sellers will seek out the "Pro's" to get the best advice. The more answers you have have, the more advice you have given the more value you bring, not only to the community, to the end user.
