Stephanie Fielden

Stephanie combines her passion for helping people with her love of residential real estate to provide a customer service focused experience. She brings her integrity and ethical approach to her client and business relationships. A committed team player and member of the Clarke Team at Cashin, Stephanie is resourceful and uses both her network and creativity to achieve results. Backed by a strong team and a reputable brokerage, she is equipped to provide the essential negotiating skills and market knowledge for successful transactions. It is her goal to act as a trusted advisor through the process, while always putting her client’s best interest first.

Stephanie holds degrees in both science and art. She draws upon her background in marketing and customer service to create an efficient transaction process with personalized service. She understands the importance of communication and believes that listening to her clients is as important as sharing her knowledge and information. Her interests in architecture, home improvement, interior and landscape design, together with her organizational skills and detail oriented personality, contribute to exceeding client needs.

Stephanie believes in giving back to her community and has been a dedicated volunteer for local non-profit organizations including the Support Network for Battered Women, Palo Alto’s Museum of American Heritage, and the Alzheimer’s Association at Mountain View’s Avenidas Senior Day Health Center.

She is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

A donation is made to a charitable fund of her client's choice with each commission earned. Charities recently supported include:
Habitat for Humanity, Avenidas Rose Kleiner Senior Day Health Center, Support Network for Battered Women, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Chrohns and Colitis Foundation.
