The Kentfield building on the NE corner of Kiely & Mauricia is older but very well maintained. I'm a Realtor but also a previous resident of the complex. I loved the location. It has great access to shopping, the highway and other conveniences. The HOA is in excellent shape. I sold a unit there several months ago and know the details. They rarely raise the dues and have managed to keep on schedule with large maintenance items (recently replaced the roof and re-surfaced the pool). I'd recommend it as a great location and particularly good buy at the moment. There are several units on the market so the competition is good. One of the units is actually priced well below market value. I welcome any additional questions about it.
Hope that helps you! - Tue May 6 2008, 17:31
