Safe is a difficult term to express. I grew up in NYC, there are areas that may not have seem save to others but might have felt save to me. Visit the metro website and read what they have to say about crime in different areas or communities in Las Vegas.

Owner financing can work for people who can not get a mortgage now but will likely be eligible in a few years and want a home now. Your price can certainly be a bit higher. Test the waters and have a lawyer write the financial terms of the contract.

Hi Jill,
My understanding for lowering an appraisal is for homeowners apply for a loan mortification; a way to safe the homeowner from going into foreclosure. There is a lot of confusing information going around, double and triple check.
