How does a realestate person, make money off a Land Contract?

Joan, you need to contact the office and talk to the manager/Broker. Tell them that you expect more promt response, or a different agent who will act timely. A Real estate person normally would not be part of the land contract. The land contract is between the buyer and the seller. More than likely the agent has an agreement with the seller, who will pay him/her a commission for bringing a buyer. I would need more detailed information to answer this in more detail. I am interested in living my life to it's fullest with my wonderful supportive wife Sharon who has stuck with me for nearly 43 years. We both enjoy our grand kids, traveling and sometimes just sitting down with a book on a quiet night. Sharon and I also enjoy volunteering and giving back to the community and participating at our Church. We believe in community.
