My name is Yana Navarre. I am married to Stewart Navarre , 23 years and looking forward to 100 more. We are the parents of 2 young adults. Alexandra and Zachary. Alexandra is a senior in college on an ROTC Army scholarship -YIPEE !! Our son Zachary is in the Marine Corps. I am VERY proud of both my children.
My Husband Stewart retired from the Marine Corps after serving for 21 years. We loved military life and all the opportuniyies it gave us. Travel, friends all over the World , and great stories to share around the dinner table.
I always talked about selling Real Estate. I love looking at houses. I get satisfaction from finding special houses for people that have always become my friends. I take my job very seriously. My goal is that you will want to recommend me to your friends and associates because I am the best Realtor out there.

Snmr,
I guess I haven't heard it all. A licensed professional realtor would not do this. Look else where - Mon Jun 30 2008, 16:08
EVERYTHING has to be in writing in this business. I do have to wonder why he is giving up his commission though. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 14:26
Hi Elaine, Ask your realtor to do a cost comparison with the house your interested in and what homes in the same area have sold for. After that you might better be able to make an offer you are comfortable with. In the search he will be able to pull up properties in the immediate surroundings as well as a broader circle. Price per square foot might help, but make sure you are comparing apples to apples and not apples to oranges. How long has it been on the market?
At the end of the day make an offer you are comfortable making trying not to offend but being fair to yourself. Hopefully an offer will get negotiations going. The sellers realtor HAS to submit every offer they get. Call me if you need a realtor. 949-632-3129 I live in Long Beach and work that area. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 13:37
Hi Melissa, who canceled the sale? Did you cancel? If it was the buyers and would first talk to my realtor, If you don't get satisfactory results go directly to his or her Broker and explain the details. He will either fix it or help you . If you canceled the sale you MAY not be eligible for a refund unless there were contracted issues not met. I am not an attourney , so I can't give you legal advise. The only advise is to start in the office that represented you. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 13:18
Hi Buttercup, I live in Long Beach and would love to help you find a home. Yes, there are pockets . I moved to Long Beach from the San Clemente area almost a year ago and made it a priority to get to know the area. Not only for my real estate business but for my own piece of mind. Call me at 949 -632-3129 if I can help. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 13:04
