The FHA website has the list posted within the site for specific cities. There is an application where the HOA can meet criteria and be able to proceed with that loan as long as the criteria is met and the application is met. - Tue Jun 17 2008, 12:03

The amount of time will vary depending on the particular bank porfolio manager. It is a good idea to ask what is the normal response time from a particular seller.
