Because your husband has owned a house and I'll bet you homesteaded, you will not qualify for the 1st time buyers $7500. interest-free load. With the supply so far out of balance with demand in the Miami metro area, wait until the 2nd half of '09, then go hunting for a great deal!
Good luck,

As REALTORS we can not answer your question. It is called steering and is against the law. Other local REALTORS will point you to websites where you can find information to help you and your parents make a decision.
My advice to buyers is always buy into the very best school districts they can afford. There will always be more demand when it comes to selling.
MOST IMPORTANT--- get a knowledgable REALTOR who knows the area. Don't be guessing!
I think that location is the problem; too close to US17 and railroad tracks. Given the location, if you want to sell, reduce the price until a buyer sees that your house is a "good deal".
