"What a smart lady! I think she has the answers for everything... well at least she knows where to get them and that is all that matters. She worked her fingers to the bone when she helped us out of trouble. She gave us many options when others wouldn't give us the time. Thank you Samantha. Now we have the opportunity to buy a home again."

"I was so scared. I was in trouble and Samantha came and helped me. She took me by the hand and walked me through everything when we listed with her. And she found a buyer right away. She even helped us get into another home that didn't pay a commission to her. She was heaven sent. I would use her again and I have told all my friends!"

"We looked and looked. Samantha gave all of herself to us. It was like she was buying her own home. We keep in touch and it's nice to know we weren't just a sale, she was really kind and good friend."

"Samantha did a wonderful job for us long after we purchased our home even when no one else would help us. Her help and service didn't stop after the sale. We still see her! She is like one of the family."

Hard facts - not really. If the home is priced right no matter who lists it, it will sell. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 11:22
Usually. This is because that information (agents welcome) isn't getting out the agents unless the buyer is out on their own looking and brings the flyer their agent. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 11:17
I would alway suggest to get your own representation. This is simply because you can't serve two masters. Eventhough some states offer a vehicle in which to do this...and sometimes it does work...having someone on your side..all on your side is usuallly the best. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 11:13
I am an investor as well as a Real Estate Broker. I know of some properties in Atlanta that might be of interest to you. Tell me a little more about what you are looking for ie, price, bed count, bath count, are you approved, price and anything you think might assist me in helping you. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 11:04
