I am a life time resident of Hot Springs. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2005. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, and also the Arkansas REALTORS Association. Since licensed I have ccomplished several designations of higher education to better represent my clients. First I completed GRI, which is Graduate, REALTOR Institute. This designation teaches Real Estate Practice and Ethics. Second I completed ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, which approaches negotiating tactics. My third designation is CRS, which is membership to Council of Residential Specialist and many classroom hours that teach listings, negotiation, and representation.
