Hello Singh!

Forest Gate is a small townhouse community of approximately 120 homes with fee simple ownership built in the late 1980s. It is centrally located in Franklin Township, Somerset County, off Easton Avenue. Monthly fees run around $180 and includes snow and trash removal, and some maintenance. Average taxes on a three bedroom model would be about $5,500. The last two 3 bedroom units closed for $244,000 and $245,000.
