Why am I different?

I know this seems simplistic but do everthing you can for extra cash to get through this tough time-I am right there with you. I have thought of this as a temporary situation to get me through it.
Try to avoid getting any more behind and try to avoid selling if your property has not increased in value since purchase.
another possibility is renting your property out if your association allows it and moving to a smaller, less expensive location. Do this before you hurt your credit any further-landlords check credit!
Good luck to you - Sun Jul 13 2008, 15:10
This is the wave of the future we have to participate to be marketable. You may hindered by buyers not needing you, but will be helped by more easily selling your lisitngs your self.
I think the internet and all of the fast moving information will weed out agents that probably should not be in the marketplace-so some competition may be eliminated.
I hope this helps! - Sun Jul 13 2008, 14:59
