Does this home have a basement? What is the condition of the bathrooms?

the home does have a cement basement with a walk out entrance. I have not seen the bath rooms up close but the home does look well maintained. kitchen looks a bit dated so maybe the case with the bath rooms.

Hello I am just outside of New Oxford. I can find get you a copy of the local free paper that always seems to have a great deal of rentals listed. ( let me know where to mail it) Also give me some time to look up some local rental company's and get back to you. There are rent to own as well but with out you knowing the area very well it would be best to move here and then take your time getting settled and learning the area. I will get back to you. Good morning Jim,
The taxes are as Jennifer stated. I have other information about this property for you as well. This town house is in a Homeowners Association. the association will do all outside maintenance for you. There is a $1000.00 initiation fee. And a fee of 640.00 yearly. i have had sellers split the initiation fee with the buyer and or just pay it to make a sale.
Heat costs are stated as $1083.00 yearly...(natural gas) r$118.00 water , $465 sewer, $192,.00 trash, $458.00 electric all yearly.
The home has been on the market for 56 days and has had no price reductions.
